Yaron is the live spirit behind the company, he is involved in shaping strategy, managing strategic relationships and spearheading the company forward. Mr. Kandelker founded Realife in 2014, and since then he led transactions valued at more than $1B in different geographies and segments. Yaron holds an M.B.A. and a law degree from Bar Ilan University.

Adi is responsible for investments analysis and managing relationships with JV partners both in the US and abroad. Mr. Kaner has vast experience in the US real estate market across multiple segments and geographies. Over the years he has been involved in more than $750M in transactions. Adi serves as a Major (res.) in a special combat unit in the Israeli Defense Force.

Hagai is responsible for the day-today operations of Realife, including leading the employees, monitoring operational results and managing investments processes. Mr. Golan served as an investment manager for one of largest single-family offices, where he was responsible for a diversified global real estate portfolio. Hagai holds an MBA with a major in finance from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Israel.

Mike is responsible for overseeing all underwriting, due diligence, financing and closing of new acquisitions. Mr. Plaspohl brings over a decade of experience in the commercial real estate investment industry, after been working on acquisitions and dispositions transactions of nearly $1B value. Mike holds an MBA from Cleveland State University.

Joe is heading asset management operations, which includes overseeing several property managers across the Midwest, managing budgets and business plans, and leading property repositioning and lease optimization processes. Mr. Miozzi has been managing complex real estate holdings and driving operational efficiencies for more than 20 years. Joe is a licensed commercial real estate agent and a Kent State University Alumni.

Michelle manages the accounting team at Realife and is responsible for all corporate and property accounting operations, her responsibilities include generating operational and investments reports alongside handling tax issues and monitoring budgets. Mrs. English brings 30 years of experience in finance and accounting, after leading several accounting teams in numerous real estate firms. Michelle holds an MBA from Baldwin-Wallace College of Ohio.

Jesse is responsible for working with institutions and family offices and HNW private investors. Mr. Salman has been active across the entire real estate spectrum for more than 20 years, including sourcing, analyzing, finance and asset management. Throughout his career he has been involved in a total of $1B in transactions.
